SELF-CARE TIPS FOR 2018 →
Tips! These are just tips, not even a guide. Just ideas and personal practices that I have been putting into action. My self-care has evolved over the past years but there are some practices I still keep. Practices like a nice hot shower, a face mask, hair mask, exfoliation, and a trenzita before I go to bed.
Here are a few Self-Care Tips for 2018, feel free to share yours! Perhaps I can add them to a future post.
FIND YOUR TRIBE
and be selective AF about that. Find a space where instead of sharing chisme, you share goals and affirmations. A space where you talk about your intentions and where you can ask each other "How can I help you?" Be willing to put as much into these relationships as you expect to receive back.
BE BY YOURSELF
Spend time by yourself. Enjoy yourself. Treat yourself. Dance by yourself. Love yourself. Scream into a pillow by yourself if you have to. Just make sure you're feeding your soul good energy.
COOK SOME GOOD MEALS
So far I have salads down. Hopefully, the next thing I master is using my veggies before they expire. Nevertheless, a good meal that you prepare by yourself is both healthy and keeps you from getting hangry.
KEEP PLANTS AROUND
I love plants. Love . Love. Love. Love. Plants.
Don't care what other people say, celebrate your beauty with a selfie. Take control over your image and celebrate all the beauty you have to offer.
